When do you launch eBay integration?
eBay integration is in active development and launching soon. Founding members get first access when it goes live.
Does the AI understand antique terminology properly?
Yes. It is designed for vintage and antique language including era references, hallmarks, materials, and condition standards.
What if I do not want to use AI for listings?
You can write listings manually. AI is optional, and everything else in the workflow still works.
Can I bulk upload existing inventory?
Yes. CSV import for existing inventory is available on Growth plan and above, with manual entry on all plans.
Can multiple team members use Northflo?
Team access starts on the Pro plan for three users. Enterprise offers unlimited users.
What image sizes do you support?
Northflo supports standard image formats and automatically resizes output for Etsy, Shopify, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Do you handle shipping and orders?
Order management is on the roadmap. Orders remain managed on the original platform while Northflo records the sale and updates inventory.
How does Xero sync work?
Pro and Enterprise plans include Xero sync for sales, refunds, and inventory movements to support straightforward bookkeeping.
Can I use Northflo for my own website?
Yes. Shopify integration works with your branded Shopify store. Custom website integrations are available on Enterprise.
What happens if a platform integration breaks?
Northflo monitors integrations and updates them when a platform changes. Your existing listings and business data are always retained.
